• Midwest EAA Chapter's Poker Run 
  Now in its third year, has two objectives: to provide pilots nearby destinations that they might not otherwise think of visiting and to provide a way for EAA Chapters in the area to attract more visitors to their local events and thereby raise more money for chapter treasuries.
   
  EAA 932 has participated in the Poker Run since its first year and will do so again in the summer of 2008 with our FlapJack Breakfast on July 13. • EAA 932 is proud to announce the winners of the 2007 Air Academy scholarship.
  Congratulations to Austin Emery, Matt Kazy-Garey, Amy March, and Joe Was on winning this year's  EAA932 scholarship contest and a trip to the Youth Air Academy in Oshkosh this summer.  We're sure they'll have a great time and we look forward to hearing about their trip.

  The 160 Brownies & Daisies from 6 different area grade schools had the chance to learn all about aviation and earn 2 merit badges in the process.  See the write up in The Northwest Herald from Sunday 5-15-05.
