EAA wants to offer everyone between the ages of 8 and 17 an opportunity to fly in a private airplane with a qualified pilot. It’s safe, it’s fun, it’s free and it’s fantastic! Soar high with the Young Eagles! By experiencing a Young Eagle flight you’ll join the more than 1,300,167 (as of April 2007) Young Eagles who have entered the wild blue yonder. Your name will be entered in the world’s largest logbook at EAA headquarters in Oshkosh, WI. |

So what are you waiting for? Young Eagle flights will be offered at Galt Airport on June 14th, July 13th and September 13th or by appointment any time (weather permitting). Click here to sign up. The mission of the EAA
Young Eagles Program is to provide a motivational aviation experience,
focusing on a demonstration flight in an airplane. These flights are
provided free of charge! It is our hope your child will share in the
exhilaration and freedom of flight just as their pilot, whose life has
been positively influenced by aviation, does.
Important: If your child plans on attending a Young Eagle event without a parent or legal guardian present they must have a registration form completed and signed in order to receive an airplane ride. Click here to download a copy of the registration form.
