we do... |
| Our
local EAA Chapter 932 is made up of a collection of more than 70
aviation enthusiasts of varying backgrounds. We all share a
joy of aviation and a desire to promote it in our community.

Our meetings are held on the 2nd
Saturday of each month at 10am. Since our primary goal is to
have
fun, we take local "field trips" whenever the opportunity
arises and at least once a quarter
we host some type of community event or
fly-in. Please take a look at our newsletter,

Airplane Rides !!! |
One of our passions is
promoting aviation to young people. Through our participation in the
national
Young
Eagles program, we offer free rides to kids
ages 8 to 17 every 2nd. Saturday in
June through
September. (weather permitting)

| The
winners have been determined from the 2007 contest.Congratulations to Austin Emery, Matt Kazy-Garey, Amy March, and Joe Was on winning this year's EAA932 scholarship
contest and a trip to the Youth Air Academy in Oshkosh this summer.
We're sure they'll have a great time and we look forward to hearing

Our chapter is located at the beautiful Galt
Airport (10c),
in Greenwood Illinois. This quiet airport is a testament to
what
grassroots aviation is all about.
